- Paying by Credit
Card or PayPal (Recommended): Please select the credit-card option while signing
up if you wish to pay by Master Card, VISA, American Express or Discover.
Also subsequently, your credit card will be charged automatically and your
account will get credited according to your chosen billing cycle. You can
stop this option from your Hosting Control Panel and can chose another pay
mode any time. We do a thorough post-activation review of all customers
and their credit card numbers. Fraudulent orders will be traced down by
our anti-fraud department and appropriate measures will be taken
- Paying by other
Miscellaneous ways: For our customer's convenience, we do accept
payments by Wire Transfer, Western Union and Check. Wire transfer is
accepted only from those countries which are not barred by the US Govt.

There may be processing fees by any of these methods. For such sign-ups,
select Check as your payment option and send an email to our Billing
Department (billing@wisewizz.com) with your user name. We will email you
with instructions on how to proceed with payment. Account will be
activated only after receipt of your payment.
Other Notes:
- VERY IMPORTANT -
Your Email Address: While registering you *MUST* ensure that the email
address you enter will not be hosted with us. Doing so will make it
impossible for us to communicate with you in the event of downtime.
Additionally after registration you will receive a confirmation email from
us. If you never receive such an email, write to sales@wisewizz.com
immediately
with the username you registered with.
- Domain Name: If
you don't own a domain name, it is recommended that you create a third
level domain (eg: mywebsite.wisewizz.com) for yourself during the signup
process. You can add a real domain to your Control Panel at a later time.
When adding a domain during the registration process via the "Transfer
Domain" option. The domain is not actually transferred to us. Only
local DNS records are created for it. To actually transfer it to us, you
must change your domain's name server records to point to
ns3.wisewizz.com and ns4.wisewizz.com.
- Trial Registration:
To try our hosting services before actually buying it, select "Trial" when
in the registration wizard. Please note that Wisewizz Hosting has taken
comprehensive measures to prevent abuse of this scheme. For more on Trial

Multiple Pay Terms:
Customers may choose between a yearly, half-yearly or monthly pay term. It
is strongly advised that customers who wish to pay by check choose a
yearly pay term.
